If you are looking for a payroll company - stop - you've found the best one around! I am an accountant and run about 25 payrolls a month and Simplifi is amazing! I have never experienced such customer care from a payroll company. If I have a problem - I pick up the phone or send an email and my issue is resolved within the hour! I will never use any other company. I would give them 10 stars!!!!

Since Covid many companies have completely abandoned customer service. Simplifi is NOT one of those businesses. I transitioned my payroll needs to them on the recommendation of a friend. This was a difficult time for our restaurant ( Covid, death of Owner/Family Member). Simplifi didn’t disappoint.
I initially spoke with Joe , the owner. He assured me that Heather, Victoria and the rest of the team would take care of us . A+ across the board. All needs met and questions answered.
Though I still haven’t met my representatives in person I feel like I know them. They are conscientious, diligent , effective and efficient. When I call with a question or concern they follow through.

I had my first payroll run today. It went seamlessly! My staff was concerned their pay would be incorrect, but there were no issues today!! My staff is happy, which makes me happy. Sophia also stopped by today with hardcopies of my payroll reports and to see how my first run went. Simplifi definitely has the personal touch. I never felt that way with the large national payroll company I was using.

I was very extremely skeptical with the 3 ring guarantee. Basically, when you call the office, the phone will never ring more than 3 times. Wasn't I surprised when I called yesterday, after the 3rd ring my call was answered by the owner, Joe Pintamalli. He stated that if the office is not able to answer, after the 3rd ring the calls goes directly to him. Try getting that from Paychex or ADP.

Victoria in the home office is wonderful! Her personalized calls and training sessions made the implementation process stress free.

I was originally going to what until 2024. I was concerned about the 4th quarter change. I am extremely glad I did not wait. I intend to have a long relationship with Simplifi!!
